Providence One is centered on making life better for our customers. Our developments are designed, built and managed around delivering the highest value to both the end user and our investors. Development services are offered in a variety of structures including: traditional land purchase and development, fee development and joint venture partnerships. The company has a strong record of developing multiple property types including over 8,000 apartment homes (market rate and age-restricted) and several million square feet of office and retail space. A number of these developments were in mixed-use or multi-use environments, including the award-winning Colonial TownPark in Lake Mary, Florida. The broad-based backgrounds of the principals provides added value to clients and investors as each development opportunity is approached from a highest and best use perspective.
Since its inception in 2008, Providence One has developed Providence at Zephyr Ridge, a 208 unit apartment community in Zephyrhills, FL. The property won the “Best New Apartment Community in the Bay Area” in March of 2010.
