Providence One targets both multi-family and commercial assets for acquisition that are in need of repositioning and/or redevelopment. Particular attention is paid to those asset classes that offer the highest value creation opportunity given certain market cycles.

The acquisition team is comprised of Tom Green and Michelle Pierce. Green and Pierce are former executives from Colonial Properties Trust, a NYSE publicly traded REIT, bringing over 50 years of industry experience across multiple property types, including significant depth in office, mixed-use, and multi-family assets.
